Our Capabilities & Process
Upon finalizing the purchase agreement, our team initiates the truck design process. Using state-of-the-art computer-aided 3D design software, we meticulously craft a custom design for your truck, incorporating all the options and accessories outlined in your approval package. Once you greenlight the design, we swiftly generate a work order for the production floor, commencing the construction of your truck in accordance with the approved design.
Next is the fabrication process. Operators load pre-programmed computer-aided fiber laser cutting machines with steel and aluminum, then make precision bends using press brakes for manufacturing proficiency.
In the welding phase, our team of highly skilled welders and robotic stations collaboratively ensures swift and precise manufacturing. Each weld undergoes thorough inspection by a Quality Control Specialist before advancing to the paint preparation stage.
Our team of experts is fully equipped to give your vehicle a fresh coat of paint and provide it with protective coatings to keep it in top condition. We'll thoroughly wash it with phosphate and then apply epoxy primer and topcoat using a three-step Akzo Nobel paint process. To ensure that your vehicle stays looking new for a long time, we'll also apply a Line-X and rubberized underbody coating to protect it from the elements.
Meanwhile, our mechanics are preparing the chassis and cab for action. They are installing the PTO and electrical components while also making modifications to the suspension.
Our team of highly skilled service and lube body technicians excel in mounting bodies to the chassis through our advanced body mount system. This process not only ensures durability but also imparts exceptional strength to the final product. In addition to body mounting, our technicians expertly assemble and install cranes, electrical and hydraulic components, lube systems, and various accessories, guaranteeing a fully functional and ready-to-use product. Finally, our quality control team thoroughly inspects the finished product to make sure it meets our high-quality standards and customer specifications.
With meticulous attention, we ensure that every truck exits our factory in impeccable condition, prioritizing both cleanliness and safety. Our detailers, leaving no stone unturned, execute a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning, simultaneously installing all required safety decals. Following this, the process seamlessly transitions to the skilled team at Yellow Frog Graphics, where they work their magic with custom-designed decals and wraps.
