Service Trucks for the Aggregate Industry
Designed and built to withstand severe conditions, our mechanics and service trucks for the aggregate industry will improve the safety and productivity of field technicians.
Aggregate companies mine and sell billions of metric tons of crushed rock, sand, and gravel yearly. To do so, they operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment in work conditions that can be harsh and hazardous.
Having a service truck on-site is critical to keep equipment running and maximizing uptime.
To face the challenges in field service and repair, you need a mechanics or lube truck that is reliable and equipped to get any job done on-site. And we can incorporate features to meet safety regulations or other industry-related requirements. Additionally, our Advanced Safety Electronics crane operating system is standard on all truck bodies with hydraulic cranes and will reduce the risks of working in hazardous mines and quarries.
First, you will select the proper chassis, body, crane, and accessories required for your application. Next, your sales rep will provide a quote and details about your service or lube truck. At this point, we can also look at loan and lease options with our finance company.
After approving the quote, you receive 2D drawings and 3D graphics to sign off on before we create a work order. Once the work order is submitted, your new service or lube truck goes into production.
When your truck gets through production, you can come to pick it up at the factory, or we can arrange shipment.
We keep service trucks in stock for when you need a work-ready solution fast.
